George R. Etter is the great-great-great-grandfather of
Robert Etter
He was born 03 Aug. 1838 in Baden, Germany and married Magdalena Vogel in
Springfield 03 Oct. 1859. He was the father of Albert Etter. He died of commsumption 14 June 1887.
He was a Day Police Man for Springfield and several offices of trust.
