Eileen Gochanour gave permission to publish this volume of Delayed Births on the Sangamon County ILGenWeb page. The actual images of the 90 pages have been scanned for viewing. This includes the Index pages and two Title pages. This is an excellent research source that is no longer available for purchase. The records were obtained from Brookens Library, University of Illinois (formerly Sangamon State) in the Illinois Regional Archives Depository (IRAD) section in Springfield. Eileen states they are from the City of Springfield records and range in years from 1860 thru 1917. This are county records, not just Springfield. Please note that the index does not seem to connect to the page numbers.
